Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, simply email us at info@imaginebabystore.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as underwear or opened accessories) may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@imaginebabystore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Carefully pack your items and ship them back to us. Please keep proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer free exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item under our standard return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
