2. Products & availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate, but slight variations in color or materials may occur.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, iDEAL, etc.).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping & delivery
We offer free standard shipping within the Netherlands.
For international shipping the final costs are shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.
Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
5. Returns & right of withdrawal
EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
Imagine accepts returns within 14 days, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or opened accessories) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection of the returned items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. Warranty
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.
7. Liability
Imagine Baby Store is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services or customs processes.
We are not responsible for improper care or misuse of products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
